Dial 'R' for 'Ridicule'

What'll that accomplish, besides giving these secure-in-their-districts totalitarians a good laugh? The ones to approach are the less secure, along with known allies.  But in some places, overwhelming "progressive" political realities and the predisposition of the courts render risk-free activism ineffective.

New paradigm, anyone?

HR 2354 was referred to the WA State House Judiciary on January 11, 2016 (during the last session) no further action taken. Not yet pre-filed for the 2017 session that I can find.
