Does or new President have any way to cut off money transfers by individuals? All the money being sent from the US to Mexico by both legal and illegal persons working in the US and sending money home?

Remittances are covered under Title XII of the Code of Federal Regulations, so writing additional regulations (as Obama showed all future Presidents how to do) shouldn't be a problem. Get out the Pen!

@GaryM -- He could start with WalMart. Just look in the Customer Services area -- there's always a poster on the wall with International Money Order prices, and the "example" is always "Mexico."
