After the incident, Cumbria Police Public Information Officer Shemp Friendly released a statement:
"Woo, woo woo woo woo woo. Nyuk, nyuk."
Good thing it was "over there" huh?
So they used an explosive charge in public when it wasn't necessary?
Yeah, but THEY MEANT WELL!
Besides, if it was the Police what dunnit, it was the right thing to do because it was the police what dunnit.
