We've gone from Probable Cause to Reasonable Suspicion to because my Dog Said So to there's an App for That to the ultimate in Totalitarianism, "Show me your Papers"

First problem ANY cop is going to run into with me is articulating before a judge just what makes him think I'm a "passenger". Most dumb flatfoots don't know that's a commercial term and means that I'm PAYING a "driver" to transport me. That requires a driver to produce a PASSENGER MANIFEST, since we're talking about maritime jurisdiction. Why else would they call them "vehicles" (a maritime/commercial term)? But if I'm a GUEST of a man or woman in their own PRIVATE CAR, then the revenue officer has no proof that I am other than that.
Somebody once responded to my explanation of this by saying "Oh, that's all just semantics" to which I replied "EXACTLY!" It all depends on what you call yourself (or let the DA call you in the complaint). It's high time we stopped allowing them to label us incorrectly and tricking us into their jurisdiction, for the sole reason of fleecing us with fines for something we never agreed to in the first place.
