Hammering the Nuremberg Defense

Thursday, the Florida Supreme Court upheld the state’s general ban on openly carrying guns. [More]
That would be in the matter of:
DALE LEE NORMAN, Petitioner, vs.STATE OF FLORIDA, Respondent.
So in other words, the AG defending the Florida ban against the people bearing arms is [drum roll]...
...a True Second Amendment Supporter...
Just don't "confuse" her on-the-job infringements with the notion that she's not "an outstanding advocate and supporter of the Second Amendment."

Besides, she's just following orders.

I've had jobs where expectations that I do something that conflicted with my principles came up. Y'know what I said?
No.
The worst any boss can do is fire you. On a scale of one to 10, that hardly registers against the true and important losses we suffer in life.

No job is worth your dignity, let alone your soul.

Obviously, not the tyranny of today.

We had the same problem here in Virginia with then Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli.

To these GOP'ers, upholding the constitution seems less important than defending some state law, all in the name of 'public safety' -- which doesn't help us.
