Top Men

People who live in the area have been complaining about the noise ... Residents living nearby have had enough. [More]
What, you mean besides the Goldsteins? Because this report makes it sound like a line from Alice's Restaurant:
Friends, they may think it's a MOVEMENT, and that's what it is...
Is that the intent of presenting the complaint that way?

"People"? "Residents"?

Who?

(Ha! I knew I'd find a third "Family Guy" reference today!)

Excellent time to get a suppressor and get some DC legislation passed for "Hearing Protection" to decriminalize owning a silencer.

Funny, this guy is so adamant about knowing the name, address and phone number of every customer of PNTC - which has NO relevance to the complaint. Sounds more like the tactics employed by that newspaper in NY over the "SAFE" Act brouhaha. Wonder how Bennett Goldstein would like HIS Winchester VA address and phone number plastered all over the internet if someone looked up his info on peoplefinder411 ?

I'm wondering if PTNC's attorney filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, (plaintiffs are NOT residents of WV) and if so, why it wasn't granted. Not that I would expect the obviously biased (anti-gun activist?) magistrate to do so. There are a whole lot of things wrong with this case, starting with a Pro Hac Vice attorney, of the same family name, from Kommifornia filing this in the WRONG jurisdiction, in a diversity of citizenship case.

I will add mine to some of the other commenter's question (on ammoland and journal-news.net): Who's paying the plaintiff's attorney's fees?

If they want the name, address & phone number of the members, why not just list each and every name in the phone book. Just over load them with potential members.
