Maybe they can come up with counterparts to Jinjing and Chacha, to scare off anyone who doesn't pay to register themselves (and make their most personal secrets available to third parties with agendas of their own)...

"State Republicans Push Porn Filters" but all three of the Michigan legislators involved are Democrats.
Will all of the .gov computers have this filter? The unions will go wild if their members cant watch smut on the taxpayers dime.

The obvious nomination: Ling Ling and Hsing Hsing — those two cute, lovable, furry panda bears that refused to have sex even when the rest of the world really wanted to see them get it on! :-)
