Any person who holds a firearm to his own temple and squeezes the trigger DESERVES to get dead. The first rule of gun safety - THE FIRST RULE for goodness' sake - is that the gun is loaded. Anyone who puts a loaded gun to his head and "pulls" the trigger is - intentionally or not - committing suicide. Period.
