There's s shocker.
Didn't you post a story earlier where some "leader" urged protestors not to provoke the Klan members because they were the ones looking for a confrontation? Is he ignorant, or stupid? Anyone could see the leftists would try to start something.
Sarah E. Barner, 32; Diego Trujillo, 20; and Naomi Michelle Bendersky, 18, all face felony charges of wearing masks in a public place. Jordan Lee Romeo faces a felony charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer.
---Hmm, wearing a mask in a public place is a felony?
Any chance you could prosecute a paramilitary LEO group for that?
Too bad they're usually breaking into private houses when they wear their ski masks, but if they stand behind a politician at a podium I think they're fair game under this law, unless it specifically exempts LE.
Steve: This was what I said earlier about this particular event.
FedUp: That's why they're "Only Ones."
§ 18.2-422: "... However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to persons ... (ii) engaged in professions, trades, employment or other activities and wearing protective masks which are deemed necessary for the physical safety of the wearer or other persons;"
