I just wrote mine and suggested that the AG of the nationally-rated “number one gun-friendly state in the USA” really ought to weigh in on this brief. And yes, he’s a Republican, so there isn’t even that excuse.
Sort of surprising to see Ohio AG McSwine on this list...
Unless he is seeking higher orifice.
