They've recently installed this system on the North side of St. Louis and St.Louis County. Touted on the news as a fantastic system that will reduce crime. Of course when, and if, it works it can only detect that a crime has possible occurred. I'm sure the Department or Pre-Crime is under development as I write this.
Maybe he should shut up and just install some more red light cameras. They don’t work, either (to “make our intersections safer”) but what they do, they do well ("generate lots of revenue for the state”).
