Speaking of that real entitlement, it looks like professor of constitutional law at Harvard Law School Laurence Tribe's got nothing but insults to rebut with. Of course, his Opposite Day "progressive" view of the Second Amendment says it's an individual right subject to all kinds of infringements, including outright bans.
