After all, it's not like they have Clue One over there about what's necessary for the security of a free state or anything:

That said, I'm sure the Chi-coms have a plan. I'm not sure if their economy would sustain the repercussions of executing it. They've got a lot of disparate regions and people over there they need to keep employed and pacified if they want to keep their heads.

And that said, would you be willing to go to war to protect them? That's the litmus test for being willing to send anyone else over.
