We're the Only Ones Opportunistic Enough

A Palm Beach County deputy was captured on surveillance video last month breaking into an 85-year-old man's home in Boynton Beach after the man was taken to a hospital and died, the victim's family said in a statement. [More]
But it's OK. They delayed the arrest for a month so he could go to rehab and he's on house arrest while on paid administrative leave. Just like they do for everyone.

And don't you just love the way the department spokesflack characterizes this utter and contemptible betrayal of everything as "a bad decision which leads to misconduct"?
