In re bump stocks, I heard them talking about that as an addition in yesterday's CSPAN coverage, but so far have come up empty searching for such language in what passed. Anybody able to advise on that?

I haven't been able to locate anything official about adding NICS Fix or Bumpstock amendments at all. It may take a week to update the text of the bill on the official .gov site, per usual.
If there is a change in the official text, it appears to be via some sort of "slight of hand" method. That will be a new one on me.
If the senate version passes, the reconciliation committee charged with bringing both into alignment can do all sorts of magic tricks over which we can't exercise any input at all.
