The Department of Homeland Security is calling a series of shootings targeting law enforcement in Pennsylvania a "terror attack." [More]At least they were empowered to have guns with them everywhere and at all times, and were able to defend themselves and stop the threat -- as opposed to "run, hide, fight"...
