That's because "the shooting was justified because White hovered his hand over the pocket containing his gun."

Why did he run? Kansas is a constitutional carry State. If he was legal to own the pistol, he was within his rights to carry it. That's a big "if". My guess is that he was a felon in possession of a gun, and knew he was going to serve some time for it. Does that excuse the police for shooting him in the back? No. I believe cops should be held to the same standard as the rest of us. No jury would believe that those cops were afraid for their lives. You can't outrun the police radio or a speeding bullet.

They murderd a man. But then again, they were wearing their super hero costumes and bearing their magic shields, so what ever happened, they couldn't be wrong.

Is it not chilling - beyond that of watching a man being killed for trying to run away - how it took no time at all for the seemingly-congenial and polite demeanor of the cops to transition to one capable of using lethal force?

"No hesitation" training? Premeditated intentions?

The social danger signals from body language don't seem to be useful when dealing with cops. How does one deal with a group of people inclined to kill you with a smile on their faces?
