Read a story once about how some Black Ops types got hold of some ammo used by a Vietnamese sniper back during that war.They put it back after loading it up with C4 in addition to/instead of gunpowder. He got into his hide, lined up a shot, and pulled the trigger, dying instantly when the bolt blew backwards from the gun and continued through the back of his head.
Maybe some state (or rival non-state) actor got in there with a similar concoction?
