Well, the article goes on to say that they are pursuing the possibility of criminal charges, but that will take a lot longer than the low burden of proof they need to fire him. Still, I bet if you or I had done this, they could figure out how to bring charges within 24 hours.

Yeah, but he was a Cop. And Cops mean well when THEY murder people! So there!

I wonder how much back pay he'll collect when he's finally exonerated and placed pack on the force for your protection...
