Judge To Tennessee: You’ll Take Refugees Whether You Want To Or Not [More]Because nothing quite says "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity" than having your own government force foreign invaders on you.
What's the judge's name? Who's responsible for elevating him to a position with that kind of power?

S. Thomas Anderson, chief judge of the W. Tennessee U.S. District Court, decided this case. A George W. Bush appointee, he proved yet again that some GOP appointed judges are just as bad as those appointed by Democrats.
So, Tenn. refuses to accept refugees and gets slapped down, and Calif. refuses to abide by Federal immigration laws and nothing happens. Some Republic we've got here - the words "arbitrary and capricious" come to mind.
And because these invaders are being forced on communities does not imply that communities have to welcome them, especially when previous experience indicates what to expect.
With Republicans like these, who needs Democrats?
