Federal Judge Exerts Personal Judicial Tyranny in MA Semi-auto Ban Lawsuit Dismissal

Young carries with his opinion the full force of the state, and his is indefensible. [More]
It would have been nice if the complaint had reminded everyone that the Supreme Court has previously recognized the Second Amendment's guarantee for citizens to keep and bear "in common use at the time ...ordinary military equipment … that … could contribute to the common defense.”

So the Constitution is now what anyone says it is - as long as they are sporting the correct attire.

"But any written document, like a contract, is subject to interpretation. So, how about the Constitution? How should it be interpreted? Former Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes provides a modern answer to that question. In a 1907 speech Hughes stated “we are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the judges say it is...” Today, though Hughes is dead, he leads the chorus of jurists and judicial activists that want to remake society in their own image, and try to use the Constitution to do it."

The question is, how do we make them stop?

“But what is government itself, but the greatest of all reflections on human nature. If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary. In forming a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” —James Madison, The Federalist No. 51

My concern is that ma, ct, ny and ca are controlloing the trajectory of the future of 2a.

These state court decisions are rullings that may never be worked out in our lifetimes. Even if there are more and more contradictory rulings, throwing it to the supremes, they can no longer be relied on to protect the constitution and 2a

Reciprocity appears to be off the table. Not even being discussed as we hope to not loose even more due to false flags and relentless traitor and media onslaught.

Trump appears wiling to sell us out as a bargaining chit.

For now, these totalitarian states will confiscate (AR’s or....) as they come accross them in cars, domestic disputes and oportunisticly, secondary to the complainant call but I Can’t wait for ma or ca to gear up and start trying to hunt them down and confiscate them. Grab the popcorn and hot chocolate!

Register your guns?..........ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME???????????

Fight islam Now

As somene pointed out to me, this was not a “state court decision,” but a federal court decision, which sucks even harder.
