Scotland Yard admits it has run out of detectives to investigate murders and gang crimes in the capital [More]They can't pull anyone off of scissor and tool control, because that would be dangerous.
So they admit they can't protect the subjects and the subjects aren't allowed to protect themselves.
They ain't seen nothin' yet.
But maybe I'd better mind my own business before I get taken to task again.
