ANJRPC has demanded in a lawyer letter that the Gloucester County Institute of Technology immediately rescind disciplinary action taken against a student earlier this year for failing to remove a t-shirt depicting firearms in a non-threatening manner. I still think the thrust here is wrong. There should be some way to personally target the administrator who violated this kid’s rights, not just “sue the school system.” I’m tired of tapayers paying for the offenses of government officials against those same taxpayers.
