Do y’all remember the “Goofus and Gallant” page from the old Highlights magazine? Kids learned the virtues of being Gallant because Goofus was such an obvious bad example of a slob/slacker/ingrate/etc.
If we were teaching countries about civil rights, England would be a natural as Goofus.
But then Her Majesty's Government will have to step up and provide an expensive smart phone for everyone on The Dole. How long before they jump to the logical conclusion and require every British subject be chipped?
