Sheesh---is it really that hard to figure out his intent and charge him with a multitude of offenses? Pre-meditated, intent to kidnap, intent to harm, terroristic threats, on private property without permission. Knocking on a door with a brick? Yeah, good thing the wife grabbed a gun. Best option by far.
