So they now admit that OSP and FBI fired at least four shots in an attempt to murder Finicum, before he allegedly 'reached for a gun' in apparent self defense?
And not only is the OSP officer who admits to started the shooting not facing criminal charges, but the State of Oregon is still concealing his identity?
