Lawsuit Filed against FBI for Denying Las Vegas Shooting FOIA Request

Another reason given by the FBI for denying information was “ongoing ‘law enforcement proceeding,’” Stamboulieh observed. “The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department basically said ‘case closed,’ so, what is … proceeding?” [More]

If there is only one suspect, and he's beyond prosecution, it's kind of like admitting you're breaking FOIA for no reason when you quote 'ongoing investigation' as your reason for not complying.

But hey, it's the feral bureau of instigation here, did anybody really expect them to obey the law, any law?

ALCON,

Can ANYONE explain to me why POTUS Trump's appointed FBI Director Wray and Attorney General Sessions' agencies are happily obstructing anything the agencies can to hinder and compromise President Trump ?

The nation is no better off with Trump Deep State appointees such as Sessions and Wray, then the myriad of scoundrels under the last four administrations.

David,

You may want to review breaking news from Sara Cater from time to time. Pretty eye-opening facts.

"Former FBI special agents, some of whom worked with OPR for years, said they agree with Bodwich’s decision. They told SaraACarter.com that the system is broken and Bodwich had no other choice but to step in and fire Strzok. They say political leanings, friendships and dual systems of justice inside OPR have plagued how cases regarding FBI agents are adjudicated and handled."
