Model Behavior

Well according to this, Frank, he was a model prisoner.
In this case, the judges acknowledged that Duvall still has a risk of reoffending, given his extraordinarily violent history and pattern of deviant sexual thoughts. Yet those concerns were outweighed by Duvall’s model behavior at the MSOP and the opinion of the state’s own treatment team, which overwhelmingly supported his petition. [More]
He behaved because he had no little girls to victimize? It sounds like this animal can't be trusted with oxygen.

If the "secure" facility they're sending him to really is, why did the judges acknowledge risk? They ought to make him go live with the enabling co-conspirator "treatment team" and their families. In a big cage.

One of the most frequently acknowledged "truisms" about aberrant sexual behavior is that child rapists have no control over their urges. However much they might wish to change their ways ... they cannot.

And WILL NOT!

Releasing a child rapist into the "General Population" is not only a Big Mistake, it is a lapse of judgement which should be punished. That legal action is tantamount to releasing a deadly toxin in an elementary school.

It's inexcusable, and in this case it's the result of Liberal hopefuls who think that "if we just give him hone more chance ...".

What a bunch of maroons!
