Reliance on electronics concerns me, but assuming this works out, will the militia of the whole people be able to choose them, too?

What I found most interesting about this article was a comment:

War is peace... and "Opposite Day."

The words "liberal" and "progressive" have been hijacked, and "conservative" is a relative term. 

I guess now we can be called "commies" as well as "Nazis" and "fascists."
