Offering "reasonable restictions" sops on infringements and prior restraints does not help, but it does seem to fit a larger NRO pattern that's been around since its founder counseled preemptive surrender.

Perhaps the day will come when the people will determine that the best way to curb deaths caused by drunk driving is to cull the Twenty-First Amendment from the Constitution.
Because nobody learns anything from history anymore, especially with the training in critical thought they receive in government schools..
