Anybody else find the term "human capital" more than a little bit Marxist? I'm old enough to remember when "Human Resources" was called "Personnel," with the function of matching qualified individuals to open positions, and before the humiliating kneeling and forelock-tugging serf ritual of peeing in a cup to demonstrate subservience and surrender of your very being.
For some reason "Where do you see yourself in five years?" comes to mind.
