Lets be clear. People from low income areas are usually not educated enough to find jobs/make a living and shouldn't have guns. My take is that this tweet was a masterful use of sarcasm. "Kimberly" exposed the real-world results of such a bonehead proposal in a way that forced virtue-signaling SJWs to come out in defense of gun freedoms. It was a gambit worthy of Dana Loesch.
