Suddenly there is a HUGE fifth amendment problem with all the Colorado 4473’s........dare I say alll 4473’s.......
The whole system nationwide falls apart the minute one state starts mining 4473’s for forward content.
IIRC, some East Coast state also required registration (a couple of years ago?) and got a participation rate in the single digits.
