I won't be surprised with the Roberts move. David Souter was the most treasonous justice post WW2. He not only never met an increase in US government power he didn't love, he railed against the majority every time it reduced government power.
I was happy to see him retire, now I'd like to see him meet a scaffold.
A second comment to ask a question. David, or anyone, do you know of an Orthodox Christian that would make a good nominee for SCOTUS? It's likely they'd be more conservative than members of the Latin (Roman) Church that are already on the court.
