Mind boggling doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. The fact that public servants are speaking to citizens in this matter, and other public servants are all accepting of it, is an abomination. Un-freaking-believable.
Not exactly the most stable guy out there, eh? If I was the "driver", I would've just shut up, given the idiot NO information after he told me to shut up, exercised my right to remain silent, and let the tape convict him.
