You don’t need even need a psychiatric diagnosis to invoke a red flag law. Just some moron who knows how to dial a phone and say, “I’s ‘fraid o’ hims! Him's not right inna haid!”
My only question is this going to be a modern day "Scarlet letter" or an old fashion "Burn the Witch" routine?
