hmm so they can't buy alcohol, cigarettes or guns (as proposed) until 21 but they can vote at 18. Oh the irony...

IIRC, one of the shooters was 21, the other was 24.

Exactly how would this proposed law have prevented either?

Then again, I believe they also both passed NICS checks to purchase their guns, so so-called "Universal Background Checks" wouldn't have helped, either.
