Based on an informal and completely unscientific survey (conducted by yours truly), an appalling number of Florida gun owners haven't made the connection between having a marijuana card and that controlled substances question on the 4473. Note also that in Florida, one can purchase and consume CBD products without having a card but still become a "user" under Federal law.
The organic fertilizer will surely hit the rotating ventilating device if the Feds ever get around to bashing those two databases together.
The possible consequences will not be limited to Ms. Fried or anyone else yanking their concealed carry permit.
