And that populace continues to vote exclusively Democrat?
By the way, what's with no longer accepting paper applications and requiring it all be done over the internet? The Dems are always going on about how requiring government ID to vote "disenfranchises" minorities and the elderly -- how does that and this not do the same? Anybody know if this requirement has been challenged?
