Ummnnnhhh...the briefs on the case, and the decision, provide a lot of information which was NOT presented by the attorneys for the aggrieved student.
In reality, her position that she would have been forced to make obeisance to Allah is.........ahhh........extremely tenuous.
YMMV, but remember that propaganda goes both ways.
