Groups ask Missouri gun dealers to help fight gun suicides [More]All they need to do is develop psychic abilities because otherwise, this requires totally untrained store personnel to make rights-denying decisions based on unqualified diagnoses. And woe unto them if the "delayed" transferee is a discrimination-sensitive minority.
Who better to expect that of them than Opposite Day "progressive" mental health professionals?
Watch, once you let them get their foot in the door and admit that FFLs can influence suicide decisions, for the dealer liability line to be pushed to "knew or should have known."
Vampires and thresholds come to mind. Ya just don't invite 'em in.

There was an incident that happened at an indoor range I worked at which demonstrates the futility of these virtue signalling policies. A guy came into the range, bought a membership then proceeded to try out several different handguns over the course of about 3 hours. During this time he took several breaks and engaged in the usual gun range banter with employees and other customers, like what is a good handgun to buy, etc. He goes back out on the line, fires 3 rounds at the target, puts the barrel in his mouth and ends it all due to a bad divorce where he lost custody of his kids. There were no obvious indications to anyone that he was suicidal. What do these people expect of the untrained eye of near minimum wage workers who probably would think DSM-5 is a new gun from DS Arms?
