These 'people' who would grab your guns, and your RIGHT to self-defense have NO legal authority over the US Constitution
. All they do is spew hot air to get attention -and that means any so called 'authority'that they pretend to have is illegal.
-ANY- laws prohibiting Americans keeping and bearing arms are in violation of the Law of the Land. And that would be the US Constitution. Particularly the 2nd Amendment which clearly states, "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"
SHALL NOT has specific legal meaning, does it not? Also under the 14th Amendment Sec 1, it CLEARLY states
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States". Oops there is that word again, "SHALL".
Please ‘O'educated ones’ , do tell us about this word "shall". And while you are at it, please tell us how you , your county, your State or the Federal government can make legislation beyond or ABOVE the Law of the Land.
Oh wait, let me help you; you cant. Remember Marbury v Madison?

Those seated on the US Supreme Court has been playing politics with the 2nd Amendment for a very long time, but it all boils down to this: "if you don't like the US Constitution, see Article V " There is no way to legislate, 'executive order', or "interpret" your way around what it says, right there in plain English
