These are very serious claims charges she is making. Where is her evidence? I haven't read the USMCA because I assume it's a bunch of legalese. Is this "Parliament" over and above the Constitution really in the document? Who can boil this legalese down for us?

Yes, the USMCA "Trade Agreement" is so long and so complicated as to discourage anyone from reading it. But I read it. So did Christian Gomez, the other writer on this topic whom I cited.
