There has been ZERO local TV news coverage of this in the Sacramento area as yet. So locally, the choice has been to ignore the story.
At first look it likely DID appear to be suicide.

the apparent handgun nearby, close enogh to have fallen when last used.
Then the Sheriff began looking more deeply. He quickly backtracked his "first appearances" declaration.
I think we can guess, but it would be nice if even ONE of this recent spate of Arkancides were to be solved and the REAL perps see justice, and even better, lead to the ones pulling the strings from behind the curtain.
