If they don't, I guess somebody's gotta make some decisions about what they have invested in themselves to be marketable.
Or they would if it wasn't easier to pressure politicians into mandating something and destroying things in the process.

Isn’t it heartening to know that no matter how badly California is self-immolating at any given moment, their politicians continue to identify new opportunities to toss lit matches into every conceivable unaffected area?
It fairly reaffirms my faith in socialism.
