I comment from extensive experience in that social milieu. They don't give a f'k, flying, cluster, or otherwise about any laws regarding guns, drugs, sex, or anything else. They are by definition not "law abiding citizens." Citizens are lesser beings who do not share the same reality except as Non Playable Characters NPCs).
The universal motto of FTW should explain it.
