One of my fellow grad students was unaware that Stalin purged thousands of Party members. I am positive that he was not alone in his ignorance.
Make education by the State “free,” ensuring that independent education becomes uneconomical and therefore nearly unavailable.
Expect teachers paid by the State to instill in our children a healthy distrust of the State.
