So the trigger for a potentially lethal police confrontation is not whether you're abusing a right, but that you're exercising it in the first place?

I wonder -- if challenged to present police reports where this has been a factor in enabling homicide -- how many cases have been documented.

I just submitted one to AmmoLand-- don't know if it will be released tonight or tomorrow-- there have been so many developments I expect the order could be rescinded before it's posted and asked if they could add a note to the front end if it is.

A lot like earlier days, when Jackson police officers saw a black man walking on the street, and they had to seize him and determine whether or not he had his manumission papers.

Them police sure do have tough jobs.
