Looking at his degrees and the universities he's received them from I'd say Ramon is a man without a brain. Which means he's a perfect fit for his current position.
He might have a PhD, and be the top dog at an institution of higher learning, but, c'mon, he's in charge of East Nowhere State. He's a not-so-big fish in a really small pond. A lot of these small time dog and pony show institutions at least show up with their basket ball team for March Madness. Never heard of the place!
But credit where credit is due, he looks a lot better in a suit than Wayne LaPierre does.
