A thought strikes, a question, really, and not being a lawyer I have no idea if it's feasible or not. By denying services for that reason, individuals within the company are communicating to other individuals within the company and to their attorneys the conclusion that VDARE is racist.
How is that no libelous, with reputation-damaging economic consequences?
Any lawyers with experience in this area care to weigh in?
